YOUR DRIVING TEST
On the day of your driving test, you will probably wish to use the school's car. We have therefore put together a day of test package.
This will involve picking you up at a pre-arranged location from which you will drive to the test centre to arrive in good time for your driving test. During this journey, you and your instructor will apply some last minute touches to your driving and generally prepare you for the test which is to follow. This in itself is approximately 35-40 minutes long at the end of which the examiner will tell you if you have reached the standard required to be issued with a full driving licence. In the wholly unlikely event that you have not, then the examiner will give you a sheet highlighting those areas of your driving that require particular attention for discussion with your instructor later.
If you have passed your test, and when you have finished leaping about uncontrollably, you will be taken home again or to the nearest watering hole to celebrate your success.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible if, in the event of circumstances beyond the instructor's control, a pupil arrives late far a test. We also reserve the right to refuse use of the school's car for a test, if this test has not been booked in consultation with the driving instructor.
