There are great demands on the time of many potential pupils and as a result driving tuition may well have taken a back seat. You may wish, therefore, to learn to drive in a week. However, since it is now necessary to pass the theory and hazard perception tests before a driving test can be booked, this has made the traditional one-week intensive course almost impossible to arrange. Assuming that the theory test has not already been passed, what many pupils are now doing is to begin driving lessons on a traditional week-to-week basis, pass the theory and hazard perception tests, and then book a driving test for, say, a Friday afternoon with the remainder of the tuition spread over the five days which precede the test. This will enable us to assist you with the theory and hazard perception training, prepare you properly for the driving test and for everything to have been completed within 4 to 6 weeks. At College School of Motoring, we offer a wide range of intensive course options and we will be happy to discuss fees with you when you contact us. To book an intensive course, we will require a non-refundable 25% deposit (£100 minimum), with the balance due one week prior to day one of the course. Due to our success with these courses and therefore their popularity, we would recommend giving us a much notice as possible. We are very flexible with regards to the format of our intensive courses and we would suggest contacting us to discuss, without obligation, exactly what we can do for you. It should be noted that not everyone is suited to an intensive course and so we would again suggest taking advantage of a pre-course assessment lesson.
